Joel's artworks are featured in many publications and  galleries across Maryland, Virginia and Delaware but his art expands the globe with pieces displayed in Spain and Italy as well.

Joel is featured as "Best Artist in Baltimore" and later "Best New Artist" by the Eastern Art Galleries Assocation.

  Joel spent his time as a graphic artist for Maryland State Highway where he designed signage, posters, and illustrated material.

later upon retiring Joel focused more on Delmarva life by the sea. Joel can make anything, Joel works without a 3-d printer and all his artworks is done by hand.
